Summit Elan is a website for a private women's leadership retreat set in the desert. Designed to feel like a quiet exhale from the noise of professional ambition, the site speaks to high-performing women who don't need convincing.

They already know what they're looking for. The design just needs to feel like the right place.

THE CHALLENGE

Create a brand and website for a private women's leadership retreat that communicates exclusivity without stating it outright.

Most retreat sites lean into familiar spiritual aesthetics. The aim here was something more restrained. A visual identity that feels confident, intelligent, and quietly transformative.

It needed to be:

Minimal, but not sterile
Spacious, but not empty
Refined, but emotionally present

DESIGN DIRECTION

The design draws from editorial layout and resort-level hospitality, with influences from brands like Aman and Kinfolk. Calm, structured, and unhurried.

Typography is warm and restrained. Colors come from muted desert tones. The layout gives space where it's needed, and holds back where it isn't.

Every element earns its place.
